Syntegon’s Pack Expo exhibits focus on seamless processes and innovative solutions. The cookie tray loading line is no exception. “Several new technologies are on display,” says Brad Baker, Senior Sales Director North America. “Starting with the counting loader FGCT, a super high-capacity technology for creating slugs of cookies for either tray loading or slug wrapping, followed by our tray overwrapper Pack 202 with a small-footprint intelligent infeed FIT for 'push-button' changeovers. The BEC end-load cartoner is combined with the new KliklokMagTrac intelligent product collating unit. This combination of technologies increases productivity while at the same time delivering the flexibility necessary to future-proof our customers’ investments.”

The innovations on display continue with a system solution for fresh, chilled, and frozen food. The line features wash-down Pick and Place Delta robots (RPP) integrated with a Pack 403 HE flow wrapper designed for harsh environments with essential cleaning capabilities. “The Syntegon wash-down Delta RPP unit is a cutting-edge technology that redefines hygiene, efficiency, and quality in flexible robotic packaging automation,” explains Eric Aasen, Product Group Sales Manager Horizontal, Robotics and Systems Portfolio. “The innovative robotic unit helps manufacturers reduce labor-intensive tasks while increasing productivity and maintaining exceptional product quality and hygiene.”

Optimal productivity is also at the heart of the VFFS SVX Compact. Thanks to an innovative drive system, the machine offers the fastest cycle times for snack manufacturers, achieving up to 300 cycles per minute. The system is positioned on the sealing mechanism, reducing frame size and thereby making the machine ultra compact. As Jason D'Arcy, Product Group Sales Manager Vertical Portfolio, points out “the SVX is the most innovative vertical bagger in the world.
