    Syntegon’s compact Elematic 1001 series comes as a mono-block machine for quick commissioning – but also gives customers the freedom to individually configure the system. Individual modules can be combined according to specific packaging requirements, while the machine’s user-friendly design allows for easy operations and quick access, e.g. for maintenance and inspection. Thanks to dotted glue application, the series also supports sustainable production, saving up to 40 percent of glue. “All things considered, the Elematic 1001 is a highly flexible machine that allows customers to form and load a wide range of RSCs and HSCs formats,” Bernd Bruckert adds. As such, the series complements any given packaging line: the Elematic can be seamlessly integrated into existing systems, adding to the overall efficiency of secondary packaging processes.
