Syntegon will be at the Achema trade fair in Frankfurt am Main from June 10 to 14 to present its latest solutions for developing, manufacturing, and processing solid and liquid pharmaceuticals. Anticipation is running high at Crailsheim, where the company’s Pharma Liquid business unit is headquartered. "After many months of preparations, we look forward to showcasing our innovative technologies, seamless process solutions, and lifecycle services to visitors from all over the world on more than 700 square meters of exhibition space," says Stephan März, head of the Pharma Liquid business unit.

Demonstrating the full spectrum of its expertise, Syntegon is going to showcase flexible ways of processing liquid pharmaceuticals. The company’s booth will feature a next-generation filler, an enhanced inspection system, process and assembly solutions, and a comprehensive range of support services. Tobias Göttler, director of product management at Syntegon’s Pharma Liquid business unit, says, "It takes highly efficient technologies all along the value chain to satisfy the demands posed by high-end pharmaceuticals and the increasing use of pre-sterilized containers. Achema – the world's leading trade fair for the process industry
Achema is the world's largest trade fair of its kind with over 2,800 exhibitors hailing from 56 countries and around 70,000 international attendees. Manufacturers and service providers present their latest products and solutions for the chemical, pharma, biotech, energy, and environmental sector at this triennial event held in Frankfurt. The Achema show has become something of a tradition at Syntegon. The specialists in processing and packaging technology have been taking part for decades. It took a host of sales, product management, assembly, marketing, engineering, and logistics staff from multiples sites around a year to prepare for the show.
The months leading up to the event were intense, but exciting. The in-house team met frequently to develop the right concept, design a fitting booth, prepare presentation materials, undergo training, and start rehearsing.

One of the innovations that Syntegon is presenting at this year's Achema is the ALF 5000 V high-precision filling technology. “High yield, minimal product loss, and precise filling processes are essential when filling high-end products such as blood plasma derivatives,” says Göttler.
