    Waiblingen, April 15, 2024. Healthy throughout Germany – that was the motto for Syntegon's second Germany-wide Health Day held on April 11. Teaming up with health insurance companies, German pension insurance, local gyms, and other partners, Syntegon offered its employees a varied program featuring a holistic approach to physical, social, and mental health.

    In the Health Day agenda at Syntegon’s headquarters in Waiblingen were diverse activities for employees. Outside experts analyzed employees’ movements and took foot measurements to identify the best-fitting safety footwear.

    As part of Health Day, the company’s in-house medical service measured abdominal circumferences and supported employees' efforts to practice cardiopulmonary resuscitation on a dummy. Fruit baskets were on hand to provide healthy snacks. The company cafeteria also offered a special menu for the day.

    An online program was also available alongside the on-site Health Day activities. It featured digital fitness sessions as well as presentations and workshops on psychosomatics, muscle shortening, healthy aging, and other topics.
