Our Service Agreements are always the right fit: They are available in different levels and can be customized to meet your specific operational requirements. Together with you, we will design and implement a maintenance strategy that aligns with your individual needs.
While the warranty covers equipment defects, our Service Agreements extend beyond this by additionally addressing the wear and tear that occurs during day-to-day operation. Through regular inspections, we can identify wear early and replace parts preventively as needed, ensuring uninterrupted performance. The parts can be included as well.
We can include unplanned on-site support outside of scheduled events in your Service Agreement. Additionally, extended availability and defined response times for both helpline and on-site support are available as add-on services.
Yes, we do indeed recommend the purchase of Service Agreements for new equipment. Integrating services from the beginning allows us to be better prepared as we can not only implement a maintenance strategy but also prepare resources & parts at an early stage.
However, the Service Agreements can be implemented at any point throughout the equipment's lifecycle.
