They are precisely weighed and packed vertically into pillow, full corner seal (block bottom) or DoyZip bags. Syntegon packaging solutions guarantee product integrity at all times. Optimum filling speed and unique features to adjust the inclination of the forming set prevents the cookies and crackers from breaking during the filling process.
Syntegon packaging solutions excel with automated packaging lines with short set-up times, which require fewer operators and minimize waste through careful handling. From large pouches of savoury crackers to cookies or biscuits in pillow bags – different products in different bag sizes can all be packed in one line. Flexible, high-speed vertical packaging for various bag styles
SVX Compact
Based on its innovative design, this machine is fast and easy to operate. Changeovers from pillow to block bottom bags and back can be performed quick and consistently.

- Pillow, gusset and block bottom bags
- Bag width from 50 up to 270 mm
- Compact footprint with a width of 850 mm

Double lane vertical packaging for small pillow bags
SVX Duplex
Based on its innovative design, this machine provides the highest output per square meter. It produces two bags at the same time and can work with two (single lane) reels or with a film lane cutting device to work with one (double lane) reel.

Vertical packaging with ultimate bag style versatility
SVE 3220 DZ
This machine is the industry standard for making Doy style bags with or without zip. On top of that it can also be used for the conventional pillow or block bottom bags, with or without sealed corners.

- Output up to 180 bags/min
- Pillow bags, gusset, and block bottom bags with or without sealed corners
- Doy style bags and 3-side seal bags with or without zipper
- Bag width from 60 up to 320 mm
This system is ideal for manufacturers that require a premium bag style like DoyZip but do not want to invest in a dedicated horizontal pouch maker due to space requirements and lack of flexibility. For smaller bags (bag width up to 250 mm), the SVE 2520 DZ could be the better option.
Vertical packaging with adjustable tube inclination
SVE 2520 WA
This machine has been developed with fragile cookies in mind. By adjusting the inclination of the forming set, the product is handled as gentle as possible on a vertical packaging machine. The machine can make block bottom bags with or without sealed corners.
