The MIH series is ideal for small lot or AQL inspection of vials, ampoules, syringes, and cartridges. It can also be used to re-inspect rejects from automated machines and validate other inline inspection systems

The VIS 1000 complements our semi-automated inspection portfolio with an even more efficient and user-friendly inspection solution for liquids, powders, and freeze-dried products in vials. Container infeed, transport, and the reject of identified faulty objects occur automatically. The VIS 1000 facilitates the operator's detection of particles and cosmetic defects: By rotating the vial at high speed, potential particles are stirred up before inspection. Additionally, the object is rotated by 360° during inspection. Various lighting options from the top, front, back, and bottom, as well as mirror and magnifier options, further simplify the detection of faulty products.

The MIH-PORT2 is a manual inspection hood for inspecting parenteral products which offers improved inspection features while remaining portable.

Featuring two overhead Adjustable LED fixtures for an increased depth of lighting and a large black and white background it provides an optimal environment to properly inspect both particulate and cosmetic defects.

- Ten turn position light adjustment with locking knob and pivoting lighting mounts.
Adjustable light shield to prevent glare and accommodate varying operator position.

The MIH LX features a programmable inspection time/pacing system with sensor verification of the container and inspector’s hand in the inspection zone. The MIH-1 workstation provides a productive work environment by improving the lighting and ergonomics and minimizing co-worker interruptions or other distracting influences. An aluminum frame with casters is equipped with a lift system allowing rapid height adjustment from 30 to 46 in. (76 to 117 cm) for inspection from standing or sitting positions.

The MIH-1S is a variant of our MIH-1 manual inspection system that provides an optimal environment for inspection of sterile injectable products in vial, ampoule, syringe and cartridge containers. It serves as a standalone inspection station and has a lift system for height adjustment.

This 36” (91,4 cm) wide model is designed to fit in smaller spaces and allows our clients the flexibility to have a standalone unit in spaces where our standard 60” (152,4 cm) model would be too large.

The MIH-IV features a sliding hook, which enables the operator to hang the IV bag for inspection. The hook easily slides for a seamless transition from one side of the black and white background to the next. This motion triggers particulate movement, enhances inspection capability and operator ergonomics.
